Personnel Accountability Software Overview

SmartTraxx PA (SmartTraxx Personnel Accountability) provides comprehensive personnel accountability and personnel mustering data, starting with ‘data views’ for personnel, visitors, vehicles and locations. SmarTraxx PA can reside on a local server, remote server and/or web server for redundancy and to ensure access to muster data regardless of the accessibility of local power and connectivity.

SmartTraxx PA includes a configurable data view including data about personnel, such as Name, Personnel #, Primary Work Location, RFID #, etc. As such, all personnel are enrolled into the SmartTraxx PA database. Once enrolled into the personnel accountability database, RFID-tagged personnel are automatically tracked and mustered as they travel through RFID detection zones (facility exits, on-grounds or at gates).

SmartTraxx PA includes a configurable data view including data about visitors, such as Name, Company, Date, RFID Badge #, etc.. As such, all visitors are enrolled into the SmartTraxx PA database. Once enrolled into the database, RFID-tagged visitors are automatically tracked and mustered as they travel through RFID detection zones (facility exits, on-grounds or at gates).

SmartTraxx PA includes a configurable data view including data about vehicles, such as License Plate #, VIN #, Owner, etc. As such, all company and/or personnel vehicles are enrolled into the SmartTraxx PA database. Once enrolled into the database, tagged vehicles are automatically tracked as they travel through RFID-enabled gates or roadways. RFID technology can be integrated with gating systems to enable known, tagged vehicles to travel through gates automatically or with security staff or other staff assistance. Unknown vehicles can create ‘alerts’ such that security staff or other staff can guide the vehicle/driver relative to registration process for access to pass through the gate.

SmartTraxx PA includes a configurable data view including data about locations, such as Facility Entrance/Exit 1, Facility Entrance/Exit 2, Grounds Zone 1, Grounds Zone B, Inbound Gate 1, Outbound Gate 2, etc.. As such, staff, visitors and/or vehicles are tracked to specifically named locations each time passing through a RFID detection zone. Locations can also have security designations, such that certain locations are protected against entry by visitors, non-classified personnel, etc.

SmartTraxx PA includes extensive standard and custom reporting capabilities, including a standard report for Muster Data, including Person, Location, IN/OUT, Date and Time.
