Personnel Data
SmartTraxx PA (SmartTraxx Personnel Accountability System) includes a data view comprised of records-for and data-about each staff person, such as:
• Employee ID
• RFID Tag #
• Primary Facility Location
• Title
• Last Name
• First Name
• Middle Name
• Date-of-Birth
• Gender
• Department
• Position
• Office Phone
• Office Phone Extension
• Office Email
• Mobile Phone
• Personal Email
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Notes
The personnel data view is fully configurable for each client, and can provide minimal data, such as employee ID and RFID tag #, so that personnel can be tracked for personnel location and mustering purposes. SmartTraxx PA also supports unlimited data fields for organizations that would like a primary or secondary source of employee data, including personnel ID # and RFID # for personnel tracking and mustering purposes.
Each employee is issued a RFID ID tag that can be embedded within ID cards or key fobs. The tag is kept on-their-person when entering, within or departing facilities, so that SmartTraxx PA personnel accountability software will identify personnel at all times for tracking and mustering purposes.
