Visitor Data and Registration

SmartTraxx PA includes an optional data view comprised for registering visitors, including data about visitors, purpose of visit and location of visit. Visitors can be registered at gates, security office or at registration area(s) within a facility. Organizations are exposed to liability for visitors, emphasizing the importance of tracking and mustering visitors similar to the processes and technology utilized to track and muster personnel. The visitor data view is fully configurable for each client, and can provideminimal data, such as Visitor ID #and RFID tag #, so that visitors can be tracked for personnel location and mustering purposes. SmartTraxx PA also supports unlimited data fields for organizations that would like more extensive visitor information, such as the organization the visitor represents, authorization level for the visitor (such as areas of facility that can be visited, or, security clearance level, etc.), person or department visited etc.

RFID visitor badges are provided to visitors upon entry to facility for RFID visitor tracking and mustering purposes, and RFID visitor badges are returned at time of departure and are reusable for future visitors.
