SmartTraxx ‘Visitor Services’ uses the RFID tracking hardware installed for personnel to monitor visitors when they enter through gate, enter building, as they move around a facility and through mustering infrastructure. Visitor Services enables check in/out visitors, designate responsible party, expected time in the facility and emergency mustering.

The Visitor Services software template enables software Users to enroll visitors including unlimited data fields, such as:

• Name
• Company
• Duration of visit
• Department or person visiting
• Purpose of visit

When visitors arrive at a facility, the visitors are registered within the software, which runs on a table, smart phone or portable scanner. The check-in process includes issuance of a predefined visitor’s tag. As the visitor enters, moves around or exits facilities or grounds, the system monitors and records their locations. Additional features include the ability to generate alarms if a visitor
enters a restricted area, or a visitor is not escorted by authorized personnel.

Once a visitor’s visit is completed, the visitor turns in the identification credential and is checked-out. The visitor badge then can be re-issued to the
next visitor. Historic information about the visit and the visitor’s movement is stored in the system for future use.
